In the automotive sector, in the production of notebooks and industrial computers or in medical technology, extreme tolerances and gaps in non-planar structures often have to be compensated. Exactly here – and of course in numerous other applications – our dispensable 2-component gap fillers show their strengths. Their thixotropic behavior allows the exact positioning (Form-in-Place) and materials cure-in-place. A special advantage: Even after curing, the gap fillers remain elastic. Since we have kept the volatile siloxane content to a minimum, they can also be used in environments where silicone and paint impairment are critical. We offer our gap fillers in different versions with thermal conductivities between 2.0 and 4.5 W/mK.
