Customer focus is an important key to our sustainable success. Because the name HALA has at all times also stood for the development of individual solutions that optimally meet all customer requirements. Close contact with the customer is a fundamental virtue that we like to bring to life. Or to put it simply: You have tasks and ideas – we work out the implementation!

In order to meet this demand even in the face of growing day-to-day business, we have expanded our team once again by three members. Two of them complement the sales team in the international area and focus on customers and prospects from France respectively China. Our third new member is responsible for quality management. In this task, too, customer proximity is high up on the agenda.
